Successful Development of the Largest Oil Refining and Chemical Lamella Heat Exchanger in China

The first high efficient domestic 10500 square meters lamella heat exchanger developed by Gansu Lanpec TechnologiesCo., Ltd.hassuccessfully passed thefactory acceptance tests, and will soon be put into the industrial operation. It is reported that thisisthe lamella heat exchangerwiththelargest heat exchange area in domestic, which means that the domesticlamella heat exchangerhas overcomethe upsizing technical problems,and entered into the international leading ranks.

Large lamella heat exchangeristhekey equipmentin continuous catalytic reforming unit for therefinery and petrochemical enterprises. Accordingto LIN Zong-Hu, academician of the ChineseAcademy of Engineering, and the Professor of Xi'an Jiaotong University,GansuLanpec Technologiesiscurrently the onlyone able tomanufacturelarge-scalelamella heat exchanger, whose design and manufacturinghas reached the internationaladvanced level. Theproduct has broken the monopolization of foreign technology in China, and cancompletely replace thesimilar foreign products,providing the equipment support for thedevelopmentofdomesticrefinery and petrochemical industry. It is predicted thattheaverage annualrecyclableenergy consumptionis 928000MW, with annual energy savingincomeof79.8 million yuan.
